I am going to let you in on the biggest secret to keeping your skin hydrated and smooth during the winter months. It’s actually simple. Simpler than what you’re probably thinking. So, do yourself a favor. Grab a notepad and a pen and write this down, “Drink at least 8 cups of spring/purified water (8 oz in each cup) each day. Wash your face twice a day, once in the morning and once before you go to bed. 

Gently apply face and body exfoliate every Monday and Friday before you go to bed. Apply a face mask Every Sunday before bed. Wash your pillowcases and sheets at least once every 3 days. If your hair requires added moisturizer, it may behoove you to wear a hair silk bonnet or silk scarf to bed. Last but not least, apply a small amount of our all natural and chemical-free Enchanting Face and Body Cream – daily to your face (including lips), hands, elbows, knees, ankles, feet and anywhere else your skin is rough or dry. 

For even better results, visit a sauna or workout for at least 30 minutes twice or three times a week and try to replace some American standard meals with plant-based meals.
